Jumpstart Lead for the Record, Thursday, October
6, 2011, 10 am to 2 pm, Capitol Visitor Center, 1st Street, SE and East Capitol Street, NE: Councilmember Thomas
will join with community leaders and other elected officials to show support for early education.
