Councilmember
Thomas chairs the D.C. City Council’s Committee on Libraries, Parks, and Recreation. He also sits on four other standing
committees: Aging and Community Affairs, Government Operations and the Environment, Housing and Workforce Development,
and Public Services and Consumer Affairs.
